Question 1

How do I get my dog started?

Accepted Answer

Start by telling us a little about your dog. If it sounds like they could be a good fit for the group, we’ll arrange a visit outside regular daycare hours. From there, we’ll sort out Time To Pet and a first day.

Question 2

What if there isn’t a space right away?

Accepted Answer

Because the daycare group stays small, spaces are limited. Spots do open up as schedules change and dogs move on. If there is not a suitable opening right away, we can keep your dog on the Waitlist and reach out when one comes up.

Question 3

Can we visit before my dog starts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If it sounds like daycare could be a good fit, we’ll arrange a time for you and your dog to come by. Visits happen outside regular daycare hours, when the daycare group is not there.

Question 4

What does closed-pack daycare mean?

Accepted Answer

Most of the dogs here are regulars, so they spend their days with dogs they know. New dogs do join as spaces open, families change, and needs evolve, but the group stays intentionally small and familiar rather than changing constantly.

Question 5

Will my dog always be with exactly the same dogs?

Accepted Answer

Not exactly. Most dogs are regulars, which keeps the group familiar, but new faces do join as spaces open and families’ needs change.

Question 6

Are the dogs supervised throughout the day?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Dogs are supervised throughout the daycare day, both inside and outside.

Question 7

Question 8

Are half days available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Morning half-days use the regular morning drop-off and finish between 12:00 and 1:00. Afternoon half-days start between 12:00 and 1:00 and finish with the regular 4:00 to 5:00 pick-up.

Question 9

What does a typical daycare day look like?
